Changing Organization to Organisation (and other such things)

To change this within SharePoint:

1) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\Resources

2) Save a copy of SPSCore

3) Change the Values within, to the desired spelling!

You may need to recycle applicaton pools, or do an IISRESET.  You may also have to re-create the site.

I do have some jQuery that can also make these changes… I will add that here at a later date.
